Este viaje nos llevará a conocer un restaurante diferente de Bogotá o Bucaramanga en cada sesión experiencial.

Aprenderemos técnicas para tomar consciencia sobre nuestro propio cuerpo y activar cada uno de nuestros sentidos, degustaremos ingredientes de la carta del restaurante asociados a cada uno de los 5 sabores existentes (dulce, salado, ácido, umami y amargo), deleitaremos el paladar con diferentes platos y bebidas para compartir, y lo más importante, crearemos comunidad tejiendo conexiones significativas y recuerdos memorables, y nos llevaremos un aprendizaje práctico para el disfrute consciente de los alimentos en nuestra vida cotidiana.
